How long does shipping take for Group Buy orders?
Group Buy timelines vary by project, but typically ship within 3 to 6 months after the GB period ends. Please refer to the specific product page for the most accurate estimated time of arrival (ETA).
What is the return policy for custom keyboards?
Due to the specialized nature of our products, we offer a 14-day return policy for 'In-Stock' items in original condition. Group Buy and custom-built items are generally non-refundable unless they arrive with manufacturing defects.
Do you provide a warranty on PCB and electronic components?
Yes, all our PCBs come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by improper soldering, liquid spills, or third-party firmware modifications.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders for 'In-Stock' items can be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Group Buy orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, subject to a 3% processing fee.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their region.
